ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022
Notice of the 2022 AGM was given in the June 2022 issue of The Orchadian. The Notice was in the following terms:

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Saturday 29th October 2022
Time: 2pm Australian Daylight Saving Time
This AGM will be held by Zoom video-conference only with no face-to-face meeting. The AGM is scheduled to commence at 2pm but the Zoom waiting room will be open at least one hour earlier to facilitate the registration of proxies.
Members will be able to join the AGM from a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android via the following link: https://uqz.zoom.us/j/82123246330
All positions on Council will be declared vacant. Nominations for Council positions are called for,and must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than Friday the 21st October 2022.
A nomination form for Council positions and further information about the AGM will be available on the ANOS Inc. web site at www.anos.org.au from about early September.

Please note that the meeting will commence at 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time, i.e. 2pm in NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT. Members joining the AGM from other time zones or states that do not observe daylight saving will need to make an appropriate adjustment.
The meeting will be held by Zoom only and the Zoom link is contained in the above notice.

A proxy form is set out in Appendix 1 of the By-laws, which can be found here.
Please ensure that all nominations are received by me, either by post or email, no later than Friday the 21st October 2022.
